Complexity and Evil Geniuses Advance to BLAST Premier: Spring Finals

The second group of BLAST Premier: Spring 2021 has concluded with Complexity defeating Evil Geniuses (2-0) in its grand finale. The winners received $25,000 in prize money, while the runner-up secured $12,500. Both teams qualified for the series’ seasonal finals.

Group B was played from February 8th to 10th. Complexity managed to place first without losing a single map – they managed to defeat Vitality (2-0), G2 (2-0) and EG (2-0). The return of poizon, for whom this was the first event since he had taken a medical leave in December, definitely helped the team to significantly improve their performance.

The final group will be played on February 12th – 14th. The match-ups for the first matches are as follows: NAVI vs MIBR (3:30 PM UK time), FaZe vs Liquid (6:30 PM).

BLAST Premier: Spring Groups 2021 is played online and features a $150,000 prize pool. The best two teams from each group will advance to the seasonal finale, while the rest will compete in the Showdown stage.
