DPC 2021 China: Sparking Arrow and RNG Advance to Upper Division
The lower division of Dota Pro Circuit 2021: Season 1 – China has concluded. The event’s final series featured Royal Never Give Up competing with CDEC Gaming, with RNG winning 2-1. Thus, both them and Sparking Arrow Gaming finished event with the 6-1 map score and qualified for the upper division.
Besides that, Dalanjing Gaming did not show up for their today’s match against Dynasty, which was a second match they missed. For this reason, the team was disqualified from Dota Pro Circuit. The other team to leave the division is Dynasty, who finished with a 1-6 score. The teams placed 3rd – 6th retained their place in the lower division.
The Chinese lower division was played from January 18th to March 12th, featuring eight teams competing in a single group with a round-robin format and best-of-three series.

The region’s upper division is still ongoing and is scheduled to conclude tomorrow, on March 13th. Its results will determine the final four participants of the upcoming ONE Esports Singapore Major 2021, as the competition in all other regions concluded earlier in February.
