ESL Extend their Deal with EPL Members to 2025

It has been announced that ESL and fourteen permanent members of ESL Pro League have extended their partnership, also known as the Louvre Agreement, until at least the end of 2025. The deal allows ESL and the teams to jointly govern the setup of the league and share the revenues from ESL Pro Tour competitions.

The Louvre Agreement was signed back in 2020 and initially included Astralis, Complexity, Evil Geniuses, ENCE, FaZe Clan, Fnatic, G2 Esports, Mousesports, Natus Vincere, Ninjas in Pyjamas, Team Liquid, and Team Vitality. Three month ago the list of teams was extended by BIG and FURIA.

This year ESL plan to hold two EPL events – the 15th season is scheduled for March 9th – April 4th and is supposed to take place in Malta. Besides the partnered teams, the line-up also includes the leaders of ESL World Ranking, Gambit, Heroic, Virtus.pro, and Entropiq, as well as the winners of various qualifying events, AGO, Astronauts, LFO, Extra Salt, Movistar Riders, and GODSENT. Meanwhile the 16th season is scheduled for August 31st – October 2nd, with its location remaining unannounced.
