There, the team defeated OG 2-1, but fell to 1W in the upper bracket final with a score of 0-2. To reach the grand final, Team Liquid had to face BOOM Esports in the lower bracket, winning 2-1.

The prize pool for Elite League Season 2 was $800,000, with Team Liquid earning $240,000 and 1W taking home $120,000. The organizers will also distribute an additional $200,000 among all teams based on the viewership of their matches, though the exact distribution has not yet been announced.
