F0rest and Friberg to Stay in Dignitas for Another Year

Dignitas have extended contracts with two members of their CS:GO roster – they are Patrik "f0rest" Lindberg and Adam "friberg" Friberg. Both players will stay with the team until at least 2023.

Both 33-years-old f0rest and 30-years-old friberg, once members of the original and widely successful Ninjas in Pyjamas line-up, joined Dignitas at the beginning of 2020. During these two years, the team failed to find any success on the higher level. The team finished the previous season by placing 3rd – 4th at Malta Vibes Knockout 4 and 3rd at Funspark ULTI 2021: European Playoffs 2.

Tomorrow the team will start competing in the Main Swiss Stage of Elisa Invitational Winter 2021. There they will compete with another 15 teams to a chance to qualify for a $100,000 LAN-finale. You can learn more about the event from our recent piece.

Earlier in November the team changed their coach – to replace Halvor "vENdetta" Gulestøl, the team acquired Faruk "pita" Pita from Copenhagen Flames.
