MSS of Quincy Crew Gets COVID-19 and will Miss the Singapore Major

Quincy Crew’s manager Jack "KBBQ" Chen has announced that Arif "MSS" Anwar will not be able to participate in the upcoming Singapore major as recently the player received a positive test for COVID-19. The team is looking for a potential substitute; however, they are pressed for time.

Quincy Crew qualified for the major through the North American Dota Pro Circuit. In the grand finals of the region’s upper division they lost to Evil Geniuses, thus placing second and qualifying for the major’s group stage.

ONE Esports Singapore Major 2021 is scheduled for March 27th – April 4th. The tournament’s line-up includes 18 teams from 6 regions; they will compete for a $500,000 prize pool and 2,700 DPC points. It will be the first Dota 2 LAN-event since last March.
