RAMZES666 Reveals that Just Error Is No More
The Russian player Roman "RAMZES666" Kushnarev has announced that his team – Just Error – will no longer be competing. The team was formed just a month ago and participated in one event.
In his VK post RAMZES666 explained that initially they had no intentions to compete at EPIC League. He believes that it was a wrong decision to play at the event due to the lack of preparation. He also pointed out the following reasons for bad performance: language barrier, difference in time zones, latency problems, and his personal form.
It has also been revealed that the team was approached by a major European esports organization which had not been represented in the Dota 2 scene before. The organization made a good offer, however the players refused due to uncertainty in the team’s capabilities. Former player and current caster Kyle Freedman wrote in his Twitter that the deal suggested around $1.4M in yearly salary with a $250,000 buyout.
Just Error was formed in November – besides RAMZES666, the line-up consisted of three former Virtus.pro players Alexey "Solo" Berezin, Vladimir "No[o]ne" Minenko and Bakyt "Zayac" Emilzhanov, as well as Syed "SumaiL" Hassan.
The team managed to qualify for EPIC League – there they placed 8th in the group stage with the 2-7 score, then lost their play-in match against Yellow Submarine (0-2) and dropped to the second division, where lost both series 0-2 and placed 5-6th. The team played last few matches with Roman "Resolut1on" Fominok replacing SumaiL.
In his post RAMZES666 mentioned that he will focus on streaming for the rest of the year and is looking for the release of the new update. He promised to share news about his esports future in the next year.
