Sentinels Sign TenZ for VCT 2021: NA Stage 1 Masters
Following the decision to suspend Jay "sinatraa" Won, Sentinels have found a replacement for him – Tyson "TenZ" Ngo has joined the team to compete in the first stage of VCT 2021: North America Masters.
19-years-old Canadian TenZ is a former CS:GO player, who switched to VALORANT a year ago and since last April has been part of Cloud9. Due to unsatisfactory results, this January TenZ decided to step down from the active roster to focus on content creating.
Earlier Sinatraa was accused in sexual assault by his former girlfriend Cleo Hernandez. Although the player denied the allegations, RIOT Games and Sentinels decided to temporarily suspend him from competition and start an investigation.
Sentinels will start competing at VCT 2021: North America Stage 1 Masters later today – in their first series, which is scheduled for 8:00 PM UK time, they will face Luminosity.
