Shox Leaves Team Vitality

Team Vitality have announced yet another departure from their CS:GO roster – now the team bids farewell to Richard "shox" Papillon. It comes as no surprise, since many news outlets reported about this development way back in November.

29-years-old XTQZZZ has been part of Team Vitality since late 2019, joining the team after a three-year tenure with G2 Esports. While on team, he managed to win multiple big events, including EPICENTER 2019, BLAST Premier: Fall 2020 and ECS 7 Finals.

Earlier the team also parted ways with their long-time coach Rémy "XTQZZZ" Quoniam. According to the reports, Jayson "Kyojin" Nguyen Van might also leave the team. It is expected that they will be replaced by Astralis benched members Peter "dupreeh" Rasmussen, Emil "Magisk" Reif and Danny "zonic" Sørensen.

Meanwhile 1pv.fr report that Shox might join Team Liquid – earlier the organization parted ways with Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo, Jacky "Stewie2K" Yip and Michael "Grim" Wince.

Remaining Team Vitality Members:

  • Dan "apEX" Madesclaire (captain)
  • Mathieu "ZywOo" Herbaut
  • Kévin "misutaaa" Rabier
  • Jayson "Kyojin" Nguyen Van
