TNC Release All their Dota 2 Players
The Filipino organization TNC Predator has announced that in two days, on September 15th, all members of their Dota 2 roster will become free agents. The organization and players “have discussed in terms of individual growth and agreed that this would be the best decision moving forward”.
The team’s semi-support Timothy John "Tims" Randrup has been part of the team since 2016, while the squad’s core players Kim "Gabbi" Villafuerte and Armel Paul "Armel" Tabios have been playing for the team since 2018. The final two members – Jun "Bok" Kanehara and Marvin "Boomy" Rushton – joined the organization this March.
TNC have been quite successful this year in the Dota Pro Circuit, competing in their region’s Upper Division and placing 4th in the first season and being the runner-ups of the second one. Besides that, the team attended WePlay AniMajor, where they placed 7-8th. However, the team failed to qualify for The International 10, losing to Fnatic (2:3) in the grand finals of the Southeast Asian qualifier.
It remains unknown what the organization plans to do in future, however they are going to talk about it in their interview, which is slated to be released tomorrow, on September 14th.
