25-years-old South Korean League of Legends player Bae "Bang" Jun-sik has announced his retirement from the competitive scene. After playing the game professionally for almost 10 years, he decided it was the right time to explore other opportunities. In the nearest future he will fulfil his duty in the military service.

The player started his career way back in 2012, first playing for Najin White Shield and Xenics Blast. His most successful team however was SK Telecom T1, for which he played from 2013 to 2019. With them he managed to win two World Championships in 2015 and 2016, as well as to emerge victorious at two MSI events and win multiple LCK splits.

After his departure from T1, the played moved to North America to compete in LCS, first for 100 Thieves in 2019 and then for Evil Geniuses in 2020. Failing to find much success, the player returned to his home region last year and joined Afrreeca Freecs. With them he placed 9th at LCK Spring 2021. In April he was replaced by 21-years-old Han "Leo" Gyeo-re and has been inactive since then.
