VALVE Reverse Some of the Changes of Patch 7.30

Tonight Dota 2 has received a small update, which includes several balance changes. The update reverses some of the changes that were introduced in Patch 7.30, however were not mentioned in the patch notes. The list of changes is as follows:

• Sven: Level 10 (Left) Talent changed from +20 Attack Speed to +15 Attack Speed.
• Shadow Fiend: Presence of the Dark Lord - changed reduction from -2/-4/-6/-8 to -4/-5/-6/-7.
• Magnus: Empower – changed ability mana cost from 35/45/55/65 to 45/60/75/90.

Update 7.30 was released last week, introducing eight new neutral items and removing seven old ones, as well as making multiple balance changes to both heroes and items. However, the update did not have any new major features, probably notifying that this version of the game will be used at The International 10.
